Qi Gong is the practice of learning to cultivate and rejuvenate your internal energy using slow, graceful movements and a variety of slow breathing techniques. The practice of Qi Gong builds muscle strength, while reducing stress and enhancing energy. Qi Gong can be performed by people of all ages and in a standing or sitting position. While the health benefits are profound, many people believe that they need to master the form or practice for hours in order to receive any benefit. This workshop presents the concepts of Qi Gong and then provides strategies for practicing it gradually. You'll learn a full form, a meditation and short 10 second techniques to help you ground and center yourself during stressful situations or in any event of your life.
